Well this case is quite fascinating he was wanted for drug charges in the Charleston West Virginia area at first this guy fled to Russia as he holds both American and Russian citizenship but he left Russia to Armenia who upon discovering he had an Interpol red warrant glad to see the Armenian government helping deliver this dangerous doctor back to American authorities and it gives me hope that maybe countries that were formally in the Russian spear of in influence are hopefully going to steer more in the direction of the western sphere as recently Armenia has trained with American forces as opposed to the Russian federation
