Mateo Moreno Ramirez is wanted for allegedly shooting his ex-wife, 35-year old Christina Garcia to death. Mateo's getaway vehicle was found in the border city of Brownsville. It is believed that Mateo may have then fled to Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, April 24, 2024, Mateo has a warrant flag in Brazoria County's Odyssey Jail records. It doesn't say what the warrant is for, but I believe it to be the murder charge since he has never been booked on that charge. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Mateo.
I hope that Christina's family will get the justice and accountability that they deserve.
