Zynlea was last seen January 6, 2021. She may be in the company of her mother, Shannon Tracy. A felony warrant is on file for Shannon.

Thoughts? According to a Go Fund Me page, Tracy is believed to have taken Zynlea to Montenegro. So this is not a not knowing where they are case but a getting publicity out for the right thing to be done case. Also there are two states in the thread title because different sites list either Arkansas or Oklahoma as Zynlea’s missing state.
