CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) — The Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man in connection with a rape and kidnapping.
According to Crime Stoppers of the Upper Ohio Valley, in 2021, Frankie Graham’s DNA was identified and connected to a rape from 1993 through GOLD Unit.
Graham responded to the court for a trial in October 2023 but left during a lunch break and never returned.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Officials say Graham is 5’10” and 200 pounds.
According to Crime Stoppers, he could be in the Cleveland, Ohio, or Wheeling, West Virginia, area.
