SHREVEPORT, La. -- Shreveport police have now issued two additional arrest warrants, charging a wanted Shreveport man in the shooting deaths of a Shreveport couple last week.
Victor Bradley, 28, is considered armed and dangerous. He was initially wanted for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm but is now wanted on two counts of second-degree murder, Shreveport police said today in a news release.
He's accused in the March 13 deaths of Erica Pitts, 30, and Tavarae Loneman, 28, both of Shreveport. They were shot multiple times and found in a car that was still running at the corner of St. Vincent and Clanton streets.
The motive for the shooting has not been disclosed.
Last week, police said a bond of $200,000 was set on the firearms charge. No bond is set on the murder charges.
Shreveport police said no additional information will be released as the investigation is ongoing.
Bradley is no stranger to the court system. He has six prior gun and drug arrests – including shooting at people in a parking lot. But he’s spent very little time in jail.
Bradley was arrested in April 2021 on four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and one count each of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities and possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a person convicted of domestic abuse battery.
According to a police report, Bradley was attending a birthday party on Midway in Shreveport when he got involved in an argument with another man. He brandished a gun and threatened to shoot several people
Witnesses said he then went outside of the building and began shooting towards people in the parking lot. Another man returned fire, hitting Bradley in the leg.
He pleaded guilty in September 2021 to one count of aggravated assault charges and the felon in possession of a gun charge. The remaining counts were dismissed.
Caddo District Judge Chris Victory sentenced Bradley to four years on each charge; however, he suspended all but one year. He was placed on supervised probation for three years and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 plus court costs.
On May 9, 2022, while he was on probation, Bradley was arrested for marijuana possession. He pleaded guilty on May 19, 2022 and was given credit for time already served.
His other arrests and convictions include:
Arrested on March 11, 2020 on charges of felony theft, amended to misdemeanor theft. He pled guilty on Sept. 30, 2021. He was sentenced by Victory to six months in the parish jail, which was suspended.
Arrested on Nov. 21, 2015 on charges of resisting an officer and illegal carrying of weapons. He pled guilty on Dec. 30, 2015 to the gun charge. District Judge Ramona Emanuel sentenced him to pay court costs and serve 30 days in the parish jail. But he was given credit for any time already served in jail.
Arrested March 4, 2016 on charges of possession with intent to distribute Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substances, which was amended to possession of marijuana. On July 6, 2016 he pled guilty to the amended charge and was given a 15-day jail sentence, which was suspended.

Thoughts? Based on online article posting dates, Bradley was still at large at least as of March 22nd, 2024. This guy really needs to be caught since based on his alleged history, he’s short tempered and quick triggered.
