Bryan was allegedly abducted by his mother, Min Jung Cho, on June 3, 2019. A felony warrant for Custodial Interference was issued for Min Jung on April 20, 2020.

Thoughts? I am placing Bryan’s case in the national media section as this case made national news since where he is isn’t a mystery- Min Jung Cho took him to South Korea. However, because of the difficulties in parental abduction cases internationally, Bryan’s father sadly is still fighting to get him back despite courts ruling in favor of him. His fight has made national news and national media. I still feel it is important to highlight Bryan’s case to encourage the Korean government to do the right thing.
