Rogelio Tecuapa Hernandez is accused of shooting 37-year olds Jorge Luis Morales and Olivia Raquel Martinez-Mercado to death. No further information about the crime was available, except that it occurred in a parking lot. Rogelio has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, March 17, 2024, Rogelio has an active murder warrant in Mecklenburg County's warrants database. When you click on his name, a loading screen will probably come up but you can still see the warrant is for murder. It's easier to view if you look up the warrant database on your phone. I also checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) caes for Rogelio.
I hope that the families of Jorge and Olivia will get the justice and accountability they deserve. Rogelio should be considered extremely dangerous since he is wanted for a double homicide.
