Luis Rafael Torres-Davilia is wanted for the homicide of 25-year old Bayron Lopez. According to Newspapers.com archives, Luis and Bayron were involved in a disturbance at a nightclub. Bayron and his friends left the nightclub in a vehicle and Luis and his accomplice followed them. Bayron got out of the vehicle and as Luis's accomplice was driving by, Luis allegedly shot Bayron to death.
Luis's accomplice pleaded no contest in 2010 and received a sentence of 15 years. Luis remains a fugitive.

Thoughts? As of today, February 29, 2024, Tulsa County's warrant database shows that Luis has an active 1st Degree Murder warrant. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Luis.
I hope that Bayron's family will get the justice and accountability they deserve.
