Fugitive Profile as of February 26th, 2024: (based on Philly's Most Wanted profile)

The suspect, 39 year old Rodney Zellars, got out of a 2012 blue Ford Edge with PA tags L L M – 6 9 7 4 and made his way across the street to the 26-year-old victim, with a gun in hand. Zellars allegedly fired several shots, striking him several times in the torso before running back to the car where an unknown female driver was waiting for him. They quickly fled the scene.
The victim died from his injuries soon afterward. The incident happened last September on the 7300 block of 19th St. in Philadelphia. Philadelphia police are offering a reward of $20,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of the suspect, Rodney Zellars. He’s a 39 year old black male, five feet nine inches tall and weighing 350 pounds.

Thoughts? I am placing Zellars in the National Media Fugitives section because he was profiled on tonight's episode of America's Most Wanted during a caught on camera segment.
