On January 4, 2024, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Soto in the United States District Court, Central District of California, Los Angeles, California, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute and to Possess with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances; Conspiracy to Import Controlled Substances; and Possession with Intent to Distribute and Distribution of Controlled Substances.

Thoughts? As of today’s posting date (February 16th, 2024), Soto is still listed on the FBI.gov website as one of their most wanted criminal enterprise fugitives. It seems this is a multiple fugitive case. I can’t promise I’ll post all of them in time since I have other cases but little by little
