Fugitive Profile as of February 24th, 2015 (based on Orange County Sheriff's Department website) NAME: Malallah, Walid Khalaf DOB: September 9th, 1963 DESCRIPTION: Male, Arab, 5’ 10” tall, 150 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. TIPS: Please contact the Orange County Sheriff’s Department at (714) 647-7055 or the U.S. embassy or consulate if you have information regarding this case. Walid Malallah has been wanted by the Orange County Sheriff's Department for over 22 years. Below is a profile description of his case: "On 11-17-92, Robert Kleckler and Karen Stevens were murdered in their Garden Grove home by two subjects who were at the house to steal cash, weapons and drugs. Both subjects were later convicted of the murders and are currently serving life sentences in prison. Walid Malallah is charged for organizing the robberies and murders, and is believed to have fled the country for Kuwait. Malallah is an international fugitive." Thoughts? If Malallah fled to Kuwait, it's unfortunately not too hopeful. Then again for him to be on the OC Sheriff's Most Wanted list despite that shows there might be some hope. Countries with no treaties have extradited fugitives on rare occasions, Kuwait might not have a treaty but at least there's diplomatic relations, or perhaps Malallah eventually fled to a country that does have an exradition treaty with the U.S. ocsd.org/civicax/filebank/blobdload.aspx?BlobID=17006Admin Note: If you have any news-related updated information on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

It's not too optimistic that we're going to get Walid Malallah to face a trial for this double homicide, but we can't give up hope. Our best chance is that he eventually gets bored of staying in Kuwait and travels to a different nation.

I apologized as I lost the message which linked to a Twotter account but I received a claim that Malallah is actually not in hiding but is living openly in Kuwait with some kind of government position.
I still need to verify this, but it would not surprise me considering that's already the case with a few fugitives on our site (such as Eltighani Mukhtar in Sudan).

There is a UFAP warrant for Malallah was of July 2nd, 2022. And it confirms he did flee to Kuwait, and he was actually called by an investigator and spoke to him on the phone, indicating a reluctance to come back to the U.S. (gee I wonder why?) ecf.cacd.uscourts.gov/doc1/031124895838

I know it’s not the same countries we’re referring to in this case, but it’s happened with Moe Atat, who’s believed to be in the UAE.
