Tomasa Mendoza is wanted for the vehicular homicide of 9-year old Jamal Dean. Authorities say that Tomasa was driving a pickup truck and allegedly struck and killed Jamal. She then allegedly fled the scene without rendering aid. Tomasa has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, January 4, 2024, Tomasa is still at large based on yesterday's extensive publicity of this case. Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of Jamal's homicide. I really hope that Jamal's family gets the justice and accountability they deserve.
