Okay so it’s the first poll in 2 years, reason I didn’t do one last year is because I knew El Gato was going to be arrested and thought it wouldn’t be fair, but now the FBI has a full list and everyone knows the drill.

Honestly I could make an argument for any of them which isn't always the case (even people like Vitel'Homme Innocent could get captured and killed in a Haitian military operation). I voted for Fields only because I'm being lazy and he's the "easy" answer- but all of them are catchable imo (my argument with the direction of the list has always been that the FBI has been adding fugitives not likely to be caught via public tips which is the point of the list- not that the fugitives aren't catchable overall- I will say I feel their choice selection has gotten better lately though).

Fields is the obvious choice. All of them can be captured, although I would not be surprised if Ignatova is dead

While I acknowledge Donald Fields being the favorite to be the first top ten capture of 2024, sometimes life plays us a curveball and it ends up being someone unexpected, so I voted for Yulan Archaga Carias. Also the list has gotten a lot more catchable ever since Jason Derek Brown, Robert Fisher and Eugene Palmer all came off without capture unfortunately, in order to get here that had to happen.
However News from Honduras regarding Carias has been scarce since his reward was bumped up to $5 Million, which leads me to believe he’s trying his best not to bring attention to himself anymore, or other MS-13 gangsters are planning to get rid of him as he’s become a liability to them, which is what the strategy is when placing these enterprise fugitives sought by the state department.
