STAR CITY, W.Va. (WV News) — A 31-year-old male is being sought for an alleged sexual assault on a Monongalia County rail trail, according to the Office of Acting U.S. Marshal Terry Moore.
Emilio Pascual Guzman is wanted by West Virginia State Police on a charge of first-degree sexual assault, according to Acting Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal John Kaznowski.
Guzman sexually assaulted a female the evening of Sept. 20 on the Caperton Rail Trail near the Star City Park, State Police allege.
Guzman is 5-foot-8 and weighs 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, according to State Police.
Guzman also goes by Tony Gabriel and Antonio Gabriel Mendez, according to Kaznowski.
Anyone with information on Guzman can contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 304-623-0486, or should call 911 for immediate assistance.

Thoughts? I am taking a chance posting this case since I can’t find anything to 100 percent verify Guzman as of today’s posting date. I’m simply reasonably assuming he still is to make a thread since the above article is from only two months ago with no updates about a capture that I could find online since. As always, if anyone ever has any updates one way or the other before we find out first, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
