Rhodes is expected to be formally sentenced initially he faced the death penalty but they decided against it due to his mental illness Kentucky law is kind of like Indiana when it comes to sentencing even for first degree murder meaning both states have various punishments for murder ranging from up to sixty years or longer to lwop but in Kentucky it is a little more complicated when it comes to lwop it is the equivalent of a death penalty punishment phase it has to be unanimous

Rhodes was indeed sentenced to life in prison without parole he actually knew the teens he killed and they even looked up to Rhodes I hope Rhodes spends his time in prison alone and forgotten surrounded by animals and monsters worse than him good riddance
