Rigoberto Ruiz Sanchez is wanted for four counts of intoxicated manslaughter. Newslibrary archives mention that Rigoberto was allegedly driving his SUV while intoxicated when it collided with another car. As a result of the crash, four people were killed. Their names, according to Galveston County's court records database are Julio Saavedra, Victor Correa, Hilario Saavedra and Ismael Saavedra.
Rigoberto is believed to have fled to Mexico after the crash.

Thoughts? As of today, December 6, 2023, Rigoberto has a warrant flag in Galveston County's court records database. He also has listed warrants in Galveston County's P2C warrant list. I surprisingly did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Rigoberto in PACER.
I really hope that something can finally be done to locate and apprehend Rigoberto. The families of these four victims deserve justice and answers.
