Jose Enrique Padilla is wanted for the homicide of his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend, Tobias Gallegos. Tobias was heading to his ex-girlfriend's home on a horse when Jose allegedly murdered Tobias. Jose has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, November 21, 2023, Jose's case in Los Angeles County's court records database has no plea and disposition status. There has been no proceedings since 2004 so Padilla is definitely still at large. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Jose.
I hope that Tobias's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve.
