Javier Vargas Valdovinos is wanted for the homicide of 40-year old Jesus Cortez. Javier was an employee at a local restaurant and Jesus was a customer. A feud began between the two over different areas in Mexico that they were from. Authorities allege that is when Javier allegedly shot Jesus to death. Javier has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, November 18, 2023, Javier's case in Washington's Odyssey court records database is currently in "on warrant" status. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Javier.
I hope that Jesus's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve. Javier may also still be working in the restaurant industry.
