Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Windle is still at large as of today's posting date (November 13th, 2023), since he has been consistently featured every now and then on the Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers' Monday Most Wanted list in the past few months. I am taking a slight chance but I feel it is enough to reasonably assume he's still at large. Of course, if that status has since changed and/or changes in the future before we find out first, anyone is more than welcome to let us know. Finally, I put 2023 with a question mark in the thread title since I am unsure of when a warrant for Windle was issued, only that Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers first started listing him in 2023.
