Agustin Gutierrez is wanted for the vehicular homicide of Rafael Castillo. According to Newspapers.com archives, Agustin was allegedly driving while intoxicated when he caused a two-car crash. Rafael was killed as a result of the crash. A warrant for DUI Manslaughter was issued for Agustin's arrest on March 28, 2003.

Thoughts? As of today, November 7, 2023, Agustin still has a listed warrant in Florida's statewide warrants database. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
I hope that Rafael's family can get the justice and answers that they deserve.
