Ansari Jalal is wanted for the homicide of 19-year old Javien Perch. Authorities allege that Ansari and two accomplices guided Javien against his will into a vehicle. Javien's body was found a week later. He had been shot to death and had been robbed of his cell phone.
Two suspects have since been arrested while Ansari remains at large.

Thoughts? As of today, Ansari is listed as one of the Berks County Sheriff Department's most wanted fugitives. Pennsylvania's court records database also shows no arrest and disposition date for Ansari. The suspected motive for this crime was a dispute over music, rapping or some type of competition.
I hope that Javien's family will get the justice and answers they deserve.
