DOB 04/12/1960 62 years old
Elzy is a Tier 3 Sex Offender wanted by Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office on a 08/05/2022, felony Failure to Register (FTR) as a Sex Offender warrant. His last reported address was in Harvey, LA.

Thoughts? As of today's posting date (October 7th, 2023), Elzy (who would now be 63 years old) is still listed as non-compliant in Louisiana' s sex offender records. Texas and Louisiana SO records show Elzy as convicted for attempted aggravated rape of a 17-year-old female in 1982.
