Thoughts? As of today, October 2, 2023, Madera County's court records database shows no event filings for Oscar Guerrero since a declaration in support of an arrest warrant was issued. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
I hope that Oscar Gonzalez's family will get the justice and answers they deserve. I feel that Oscar Guerrero may still be working as a ranch hand.
