Walter Noe Mendez is wanted for the vehicular homicide of 18-month old Anderson Lopez Perez. Authorities say that Walter was in his car when he allegedly reversed the vehicle and crashed into a home. As a result, Anderson was struck and killed. Alcohol was found in Walter's car, indicating that he was intoxicated at the time.
Walter fled and is wanted for vehicular homicide.

Thoughts? As of today, September 29, 2023, Walter is on the East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers website as one of their wanted fugitives. He was also profiled on their Facebook page yesterday.
I really hope that Anderson's family gets the justice and answers that they deserve. As we have seen with other fugitive cases, people in their own homes are sadly not safe from intoxicated drivers.
