Lawrence Stephens and Jamari Williams are wanted for the homicide of 22-year old autistic man named Kyan Bowie. Kyan was sitting in his mother's car outside a family friend's home when a shootout between two rival gangs occurred. Kyan had nothing to do with the shootout but was sadly shot and killed. 

Three suspects aged 17-21 have since been arrested in this case. Lawrence and Jamari were indicted in January of 2023 and warrants were soon issued for their arrest.

Thoughts? As of today, September 21, 2023, Lawrence and Jamari have no listed arrest date and disposition in Augusta's Court Records database. This thread is being posted in the National Media Fugitives subforum since the case was profiled on On Patrol: Live back in February.

It is very tragic that an innocent young autistic man was the victim of both gun/gang violence. Hopefully Kyan's family gets the justice and accountability that they deserve.
