According to Newspapers.com archives, Candelario and Hector are accused of shooting Jorge Gutierres to death. Jorge's homicide was drug related and the suspects were tied to the creation of illegal identity documents. Candelario and Hector are still at large.

Thoughts? As of today, September 19, 2023, Candelario and Hector are listed as fugitives on Sacramento Valley's Crime Stoppers website (specifically on their "still on the run" section). I checked PACER and did not see UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosection) cases for either Candelario or Hector.
I hope that Jorge's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve.
