German Lopez-Arreguin is accused of shooting 22-year old Demecio Abundiz to death. The homicide took place during a drug ripoff. German was charged with 1st Degree Murder and 1st Degree Robbery. A federal warrant for Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution was quickly issued as it was believed that German was going to flee to Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, September 12, 2023, German's case in Washington State's Odyssey court records database shows as "on warrant". The UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case also is still active in PACER. The PACER document mentioned that German had previously lived in Texas before coming to Washington State. Some renewed publicity from the FBI/US Marshals Service would be appreciated since there is an active federal warrant.
I hope that Demecio's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve.
