Drace Chaddell Jackson is accused of shooting 34-year old Malcolm Dewayne Andrews to death. Surveillance footage and witnesses confirmed that Drace was the alleged suspect who fired shots at Malcolm while chasing the victim. Malcolm was again shot while lying on the ground. Before the shooting, Malcolm was at an apartment with two women and Drace was the brother of one of the women.
