Savin Seng is wanted for the homicide of 20-year old Gabriel Isiguzo. Gabriel had driven up to a strip club to pick up his girlfriend. Words were exchanged between Gabriel and Savin over a handicapped parking space. As Savin drove away, he allegedly shot Gabriel to death. Savin has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of September 7, 2023, Savin's PC 187 (homicide) case in Los Angeles County's court records database is showing as "case pending". There have also been no events since a judicial action from when the case was filed on March 30, 2022. The last article mentioning Savin's fugitive status was from April 25, 2022 so he is definitely still wanted.
I hope that Gabriel's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve. Savin is Cambodian according to articles so he may be in a Cambodian community in the US or may have even fled to Cambodia.
