From the minotdailynews.com:
Local police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a Kenmare man wanted on three felony warrants who is still at large.
According to court records, a warrant of arrest was issued for Cassidy Johnson, 31, Kenmare, on Aug. 24 on one count of gross sexual imposition-victim under 15, a Class AA felony; luring minors by computer, a Class B felony; and possession of certain materials prohibited, a Class C felony.
Berthold Police Chief Al Schmidt said an attempt was made to arrest Johnson on Tuesday after he received a tip that he was working at a local Berthold business. Schmidt said the business owner confirmed that Johnson was not on site and that a work truck was missing that had allegedly been in his possession. The vehicle was eventually found abandoned and recovered later that day.
Kenmare Police Chief Allen Hall asked if anyone has information regarding Johnson’s whereabouts to contact the department.

Thoughts? As of today's posting date (September 4th, 2023), Johnson still shows as having a warrant flag next to his name in Ward County's online court records.

Also I get it normally happens in small towns and especially small states like North Dakota but I really hate when a fugitive is at large and all articles say is "call police" instead of giving a specific number or additional details. I get most would know what to do anyway but just in case the following is the Berthold P.D. information page:
