Oscar Palazuelos is wanted for the homicide of Ismael Zabala. Oscar was invited to Ismael's family gathering but was asked to leave. Oscar and an accomplice allegedly shot Ismael to death and shot and wounded Ismael's brother.
Los Angeles County's court records database shows that Oscar's accomplice pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 19 years. Criminal charges were filed for Oscar's warrant on February 1, 2021. Oscar is a member of the Avenues street gang.

Thoughts? As of today, September 4, 2023, Oscar's PC 187 (homicide) case in Los Angeles County's court records database shows as "case pending". There are also no recorded events so Oscar is still a fugitive.
Wanted to elaborate that Oscar was invited to the Zabala family gathering but was not invited by the Zabala family. The Zabala family wanted Oscar and his accomplice to leave which is why Ismael was killed. Ismael was also a honorably discharged army veteran due to a medical condition. In his memory, I thank his family for his service and I hope that they get justice and answers.
