WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) - Detectives identified two more men in connection with a deadly social club shooting in Waterbury.

One of the suspects was identified as the club’s owner, 34-year-old Andrew Dennis of Waterbury.

The other was 29-year-old Joshua Morales.

They marked the second and third suspects wanted in connection with the murder of 40-year-old Gregory Robertson of Fredericksburg, VA.

The first was German Pena-Lopez, 34, of Waterbury. Pena-Lopez was arrested on July 18.

Police said they responded to The Bunker Social Club at 4 a.m. on July 16 after they were notified of a large crowd outside.

As they investigated, officers located an adult man inside the social club with a fatal gunshot wound.

Robertson was pronounced deceased on scene.

As that happened, two more adult male victims arrived at Saint Mary’s Hospital with gunshot wounds. Both were listed in stable condition.

It was believed they were hurt at the social club.

Once arrested, a warrant will charge Morales with murder, first-degree assault, and various firearm-related offenses. His bond was set at $3 million.

Dennis will be charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and operation of an unlicensed bar. There was no bond for his warrant.

Pena-Lopez was charged with illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, carrying a pistol without a permit, and threatening first-degree, and illegal transfer sale of a firearm.

Thoughts? There is an update in that Joshua Morales was caught back on August 16th. However, Andrew Dennis is still at large as far as I can tell as of today's posting date (8/29/2023), since I see no recent articles mentioning his arrest.
