Angel Andres Guzman is wanted for the homicide of his ex-girlfriend, 24-year old Candiarosa Reyes Vaquedano. The victim's name was found in a Newslibrary article. Candiarosa and her roommate were walking to their complex when Angel confronted them. Candiarosa and her roommate fled into their apartment but Angel forced his way inside. Angel then allegedly shot Candiarosa to death. Angel has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, August 25, 2023, Angel is listed as having a warrant/not being in custody according to Harris County's court records database. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Angel.
I hope that Candiarosa's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve.
