Odilon Resendis Martinez is wanted for the homicide of 19-year old Joseph Chad Stewart. The incident began as a dispute between Odilon and a neighbour in his duplex. Joseph walked up to Odilon to try to calm him down. Authorities say that is when Odilon pulled out of a knife and allegedly stabbed Joseph to death. Odilon has been wanted ever since and is believed to have fled to Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, August 22, 2023, Odilon's murder case is listed as "active" with no updates since 2002, according to Bell County's Odyssey court records database. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Odilon.
I hope that Joseph's family will get the justice and answers that they deserve.
