Ricardo Tiscreno Hernandez is wanted for the homicide of 27-year old Alfredo Sandoval. Ricardo and Alfredo were involved in a confrontation when Ricardo allegedly shot and stabbed Alfredo to death. Ricardo is now wanted and is believed to have fled to Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, August 9, 2023, Ricardo has a warrant flag in Hidalgo County's court records database. It doesn't say what the warrant is for but I believe it to be the murder case since he was never booked for it in their jail records.
I hope that Alfredo's family can get the justice that they deserve.
