Javarow Gordon is wanted for the homicide of 19-year old Andres Romero. According to a Newspapers.com article and a PACER document, Javarow and an accomplice allegedly broke into Andres's apartment. They then allegedly shot Andres to death. Andres's mother was also tied up and bound while the killers ransacked the apartment for valuables.
Javarow's accomplice would be arrested and a warrant for Javarow's arrest was issued. Javarow was believed as of 2006 to be working as a security guard in the Bahamas. The FBI issued an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant for Javarow. The federal warrant was dismissed in 2016 due to the age of the case and the fact that there were no investigative leads at the time.

Thoughts? As of today, August 3, 2023, Javarow has a listed homicide warrant in Florida statewide warrants database. Judging by the wording in the PACER document, no one seems to know where Javarow is hiding out. That is very concerning when you take into account how violent Andres's homicide was. Javarow could be anywhere in the Caribbean at this point or in a Caribbean community in the US.
I hope that Andres's family will get the justice that they deserve.
