Eric Roberto Cahuex, aka "Lil Man" was aired on the October 7th, 2000 episode of America's Most Wanted. Below is their archived description- which although now fifteen years old is pretty well detailed:
Eric Cahuex is wanted by the Hollywood police department for the execution style slaying of Scott Foreman.
On May 29, 1999 Cahuex confronted Scott Foreman in front of Foremen's apartment located at 1137 N. Beachwood Drive in Hollywood (Four weeks earlier Cahuex and Foreman had a discussion about an argument Foreman had with Cahuex's wife). Foreman was out in front of the apartment with his dad, girlfriend and 3 year old brother barbecuing when Cahuex walked up to him from behind. Cahuex said "Hey Scott, remember me" Foreman turned around as Cahuex pulled out a 9mm handgun and shot him in the chest. Foreman ran inside the apartment where he collapsed and bled to death. Cahuex who lived nearby fled on foot and hasn't been seen since the murder.
Police suspect that Cahuex is still in Southern California and most likely working in an unskilled, labor type of job.
Thoughts? Police suspected Cahuex was still in So. Cal but that was back in 2000. Then again unskilled labor isn't a job where someone stands out so it is possible Cahuex has flew under the radar and hid in plain sight for all these years.
