Clues pretty much the same but tonight's airing did an excellent retelling. There is a possibility Vega is still in the U.S. in my opinion so hopefully this isn't as difficult as it may seem.

Like Francisco "El Americano Rico" Seminari Martinez as the lone holdout on John Walsh's Top 10 of '002, there's only one fugitive left on his most wanted of '003 either. And that's Munguia.
If he's had any tattoos removed, particularly his signature bullet bandolier, could that make him tougher to recognize? Or would a tattoo artist remember having removed tattoos like his?

Given the fact he's still on the run munguia most likely had his tattoos removed as previously said but he could be anywhere like the original post said he not only has ties to his birthplace of Morelos Mexico Chicago Illinois El paso Texas and Seattle Washington there's a good chance that he's not in Mexico anymore I firmly believe he's time is coming up but I see him as being in Texas or Illinois as the most likely locations

I’m not sure a tattoo artist would remember removing anything if he’s never seen AMW or In Pursuit. Very frustrating we still don’t have a resolution in this case after 20 plus years though. |
