Omar Vargas Ruiz is wanted for the homicide of Filemoni Lauina. Authorities say that Omar and Filemoni got into an argument in parking lot. Omar left in his vehicle but returned and allegedly fired gunshots into Filemoni's vehicle, killing Filemoni. Omar has been a fugitive ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, July 7, 2023, Omar has a listed warrant in San Diego County's public warrants directory. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
I hope that Filemoni's family will get the justice that they deserve.
