Francisco Campos is wanted for the homicide of 61-year old Joel Strever. According to Newspapers.com archives, Joel had accused Francisco of stealing his television set. Authorities allege that Francisco then beat Joel to death. Francisco has been a fugitive ever since, being sighted in Mexico as of a 2004 article.
