Ulysis Salos Moreno is wanted for the homicide of his 26-year old brother-in-law, Darwin Cruz. Ulysis allegedly shot Darwin to death during an argument. Ulysis may have fled to either Mexico or El Salvador. Newspapers.com mentions that Ulysis is an El Salvadorian native.

Thoughts? As of today, June 16, 2023, Ulysis's 1996 homicide case in Ventura County's court records database shows as "warrant" for the case status. I checked PACER and did not see an Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) case for Ulysis. I hope that there will be justice in this case.
