Jose Manuel Torres-Farias is wanted for the homicide of Ramon Silva-Rivera. According to Newspapers.com archives, Jose went inside Ramon's mobile home and stormed into the back bedroom where he allegedly shot Ramon to death. Ramon barely had the time to shield his five-month old daughter from the bullets. Warrants for First Degree Murder and Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution were immediately issued for Jose. Jose is believed to have fled to Mexico.
A few months later, another individual was arrested and brought before a judge. That person was issued of plotting to kill Ramon for not paying for a kilo of cocaine. The judge ruled there was not enough evidence to support a conspiracy and that person was deemed innocent. That did not affect the warrants for Jose Manuel Torres-Farias who is still accused of actually killing Ramon.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Pasco Police Department at 509-545-3421 if you have any information on Jose Manuel Torres-Farias's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, June 13, 2023, Jose's felony state charge in Washington's Odyssey court records database shows as "on warrant'. He also has an active Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) case in PACER.
I do hope that Ramon's family will get the justice that they deserve. Ramon's homicide is horrible enough but it's extremely troubling that his infant daughter was also endangered.
