So rather than focus on the overall top ten list, I decided to to make a poll on the 2 fugitives that have been difficult to capture thus far. The reason I chose them is because these 2 have been on the list for 5 years +, with their crimes taking place within the past decade.
Also the rest of the list is either recent based on crime, or date of addition or both, or for certain fugitives it’s a matter of just an extradition that leads to their captures.
