Richard Werstine is wanted for the homicide of his roommate, Rodney Barger (aka. Rawn Beuty). Richard allegedly shot Rodney to death and was arrested. He failed to appear for his trial in June of 1994 and a warrant was issued for Richard's arrest.
According to a 2015 article by the Detroit Metro Times, Richard was a skinhead with a history of violence. He also had ties to the Detroit punk rock scene where Rodney was also prominent.

Thoughts? As of today, May 16, 2023, Richard has a warrant flag in Detroit's court records database. He also has an active UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case in PACER. The case from 1994 is too old for documents to be viewable so it is unknown as to where Richard presumably fled to.
Considering Richard was a violent skinhead, it is always possible that he got himself involved in a situation where he himself was murdered. This case never really got much publicity after 1994 according to Newspapers.com, so he may have slipped under the radar of law enforcement and the public.
