This is only related to the escape and kidnapping of the elderly couple. I assume he will still go on trial for the murder of Kala Hodgkin.

I'm glad he's going to be imprisoned for a long time goof riddance to bad rubbish and let's hope the murder victim gets justice he can die alone and forgotten in a prison

Pennsylvania should turn him over to another State as part of a prisoner swap or send him to a federal prison. He's an escape risk and should be treated as such.

PA has a couple of prisons that are secure enough to hold him. As to your second point, I know in some cases federal prisons will take prisoners who are security threats but that is extremely rare. I don't think he is facing any federal charges that give the feds jurisdiction over him thus it's unlikely they will listen to a request to house him. |
