From cbsaustin.com:
Authorities are searching for a man accused of randomly picking a fight with strangers, opening fire and killing one of the victims.
Teodoro Vences-Cruz, 47, is wanted in a homicide that occurred Feb. 18. The incident began at Cantina Guerrero, located at 183 South of Burleson Road, near the airport.
The two victims, a man and a woman, were leaving the establishment around 11 p.m. and began to drive away from the bar. Vences-Cruz is accused of starting an argument with them, claiming he was being followed.
The two people drove away, but that's when things turned violent. Vences-Cruz fired shots at their vehicle, striking the female victim in the head. She later died at a home on Stony Point Drive in Del Valle.
Travis County sheriff's deputies interviewed multiple friends, who all said Vences-Cruz was known to shoot guns, especially when drinking.
He has four arrests on his record in Texas, but this homicide is the most serious. Vences-Cruz is known to work as a painter and was last seen driving a white Nissan Rogue.
He has a very specific hobby where he might be spotted - gambling, particularly playing cards. People who frequent nightclubs or game rooms should be on the lookout for him.
Teodoro Vences-Cruz is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 224 pounds. If you have any information about him, contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-800-336-0102 or visit usmarshals.gov/tips.
