Horacio Alcaraz is wanted for the homicides of 31-year old Amador Sanchez and 32-year old Ranaferis Rosales. According to Newslibrary archives, Amador went to Horacio's home to confront him about the disappearance of Ranaferis, who was Amador's cousin. Authorities say that Horacio then allegedly shot Amador to death.
Ranaferis's body was found the next day. The same gun had been used to murder both Amador and Ranaferis. Horacio is now wanted for these two homicides.

Thoughts? As of today, May 6, 2023, Horacio's murder case in Kern County's court records database shows no disposition status and no arrest date. That is our reference to confirm that he is still at large. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
I only learned about this case while browsing fugitives stories on Google and coming across the Gettyimages post. Gettyimages is a professional website that provides photos for licensing purposes. They also have an embed option so the images can be used on non-commercial websites. The latter is what I used to post the image of Horacio to comply with Gettyimages's rules.
Hopefully Horacio can be apprehended so that the families of Amador and Ranateris can get justice. This is a very underrated case that needs more publicity.
