Upon arrival, officers found 29-year-old Dillon Crum deceased inside of the residence. Through the course of this investigation, a warrant has been issued for Joshua Smiley for murder. Thoughts? As of today's posting date (April 9th, 2023), Smiley is still listed on the Mobile P.D. website as one of their most wanted fugitives. Additionally, he also shows up on Allen County Indiana's warrants site as having warrants on numerous charges including probation violation in 2021 and 2022. According to online articles, Smiley was convicted in 2019 for assisting a criminal over a 2018 fatal shooting and had been sentenced to five years in prison, with two years suspended.
