To increase the incentive, BSO has increased the award money from $5,000 to $10,000 to anyone who can help identify the individuals who were involved. People who send in tips sent to Broward Crime Stoppers that lead to an arrest will also be eligible for the $10,000 reward. According to BSO the double homicide occurred Feb. 26 at convenience store located at 401 NW 27th Ave. in Pompano Beach. When deputies arrived, four people were located with gunshot wounds. Dayvon Johnson, 35, and Delana James, 31, were pronounced dead at the hospital. The remaining two sustained injuries that were not life threatening, BSO says.
