Thoughts? As of today, February 18, 2023, Pierre's case in Kern County's court records has "N/A" for the arrest date and also has no listed charge dispositions. That will be our reference to confirm that Pierre is still wanted on his felony state charges. I checked PACER and did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
I found out about this case while browsing through fugitive stories out of Bakersfield. I wanted to see if any of them could be validated as still at large with Kern County's court records database. I hope that Pedro's family can get the justice that they deserve.
